Governor Babatunde Fashola of Lagos State,
yesterday,dismissed explanations being
offered by the Independent National Electoral
Commission, INEC, to defend its non-
distribution of the Permanent Voters' Cards,
PVCs, in some parts of the state saying the
commission's request for re-registration,
made no sense.
