Jonathan Gives N215M To 26 Nollywood Movie Producers As Unemployment Worsens In Nigeria

Oga on top in Abuja has dolled out a whopping
N215.5 Million to 26 movie makers who applied for
Nollywood intervention fund grant.
The grant was made available to Nollywood
practitioners under Project ACT Nollywood
initiative by President Jonathan.
Although sources say the monies will take two weeks
to clear, the filmmakers got between N15million and
N2million, depending on the magnitude of the film
project they proposed.
Minister of Finance hailed Jonathan for his
contribution to creativity in Nollywood.
"President Goodluck Jonathan is very much aware of
the contribution of creative industry to the economic
development of the country and I think several states
have also tried to attract the industry.
"He had always believed in the power of the creative
industries to try and help transform the country. –
Okonjo Iweala praises Jonathan
How is this going to help unemployment in Nigeria.
Why can't he use the money to create real jobs for
the youths… How many of our graduates have acting
skills????
This Jonathan self, who are his advisers???
