Man arrested for breaking bed while having loud sex

Police were

having sex in
an apartment,
which was
supposed to be
empty.

It all began when Disney took a female friend to his
old apartment, which he no longer lived at, but still
had the key to the door.
The woman fled from the scene before police
arrived.
When police questioned Disney, it became clear
that he did not have permission to use the
apartment.
In addition to his entering without permission of
the owner, police found that the couple had broken
things in the apartment during their loud and
passionate love making.
The damages included a broken bed, a broken
curtain rod and a broken window sill.
According to police, officers said that Disney
smelled of alcohol.
Disney's attorney, Dan Lupton, said that the couple
was "carried away with the intensity of physical
relations," which lead to the damage of the bed
and curtains.
The window sill however, broke when Disney looked
out the window while smoking.
Lupton described the apartment as shabby.
"The window sill was loose and the curtain was not
secured very well. This was not a posh hotel room,"
the attorney said.
Disney was originally charged with burglary with
intent to cause damage, but the charge was later
changed to criminal damage.
He was ordered to pay a fine of about $600 for the
damages.
