Keeping fit
requires
constant effort
which isn't
easy to keep
up.
We all love
food don't we?
But the more
we eat and
love eat, the
more we lose
control of our calories intake which then translates
to more fat. And what better way to get rid of
excess weight and keep fit than a regular home
workout or at the gym.
