Is there some sort of beef brewing between
Flavour and Waconzy?
Flavour was chatting up with fans yesterday on
Twitter using the hashtag #AskFlavour when a fan
asked '2niteFlavour Ft. @Waconzy will be a dope
collabo, wen we gon' be seeing that?'. Flavour
replied by saying 'Probably never gonna happen'.
NET spoke with Waconzy and asked him his
thoughts over Flavour's 'revelation'. The 'Amosu'
singer who was quite relaxed said he hasn't taken
any offence to Flavour's tweet.
'Everybody is entitled to their opinion but I
remember my mother always told me 'Never say
never'. I've never asked him for a collabo but doing
one is not a bad thing though', Waconzy said.
And if he's still cool with N'bania, he responded
'He's still me friend, we see at shows and stuff'.
Flavour has three studio albums to his credit –
'N'bania' (2008), 'Uplifted' (2010) and
'Blessed' (2012) while Waconzy has two 'I
Celebrate' (2010) and 'Money Back
Guarantee' (2013).
